All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email or text. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Order delays during Covid-19 :
"Wild-bytes" wanted to take a moment to say thank you to everyone who's been showing support to our business in this challenging time. For weeks now, the entire world is adapting to a new normal. It has been difficult for us to deal with the changes, and we're hoping it'll be over soon. We're staying in touch with our fulfillment partners about fulfillment and shipping delays. How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email or text notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Upon receiving your shipping confirmation email or text, If you haven’t received your order within the estimated shipping time on the product page, please contact us at wildbytes1@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes
Some carriers may have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. So please give a physical address if possible.
